(Sugarland, TX) – The Fort Bend County Faith & Freedom Coalition is pleased to announce the Texas Rally for Faith & Freedom on Saturday, March 10.
“This is a tremendous opportunity for our members, invited guests, and Texans to meet and greet our elected officials and candidates, enjoy networking opportunities, learn GOTV techniques and more,” said Gary Marx, Executive Director of the Faith & Freedom Coalition. “We expect over 300 grassroots activists, pastors, and key leaders from across the great state of Texas to attend.”
Confirmed speakers include: Texas House Representative Charlie Howard, Fort Bend County Commissioner Andy Meyers (Precinct 3), Associate Pastor Dennis Woods of Sugar Creek Baptist Church, Dallas Mayor & U.S. Senate candidate Tom Leppert, FFC Executive Director Gary Marx, national pollster & President of The Polling Company Kellyanne Conway, former U.S. Representative Tom Delay, Pastor Jerry Bryan of Southwest Baptist Church, VOCES Action President Adryana Boyne, Texas Supreme Court Justice David Medina, and Rabbi Ron Aaronson of Congregation Beth Messiah Synagogue.
The Faith & Freedom Coalition has over 500,000 members and volunteers in all 50 states. During the 2010 elections, these grassroots volunteers distributed 16 million voter guides, mailed 8 million pieces of voter mail, and made millions of phone calls, contributing significantly to the largest turnout of conservative and faith-based voters recorded in any election since exit polling began.
