Barack Obama accuses his opponents of political opportunism and incivility in opposing his health care plan. But in a recent appearance for Creigh Deeds, the Democratic gubernatorial nominee in Virginia, he told his opponents, in essence, to sit down and shut up. So this is what he calls hope and change?
